SIMKAR Corporation is proud to introduce the new low profile cloud series. Cloud fixtures have consistently been top sellers and SIMKAR has always been on the forefront of Cloud design. We are now taking that one step further by introducing the all new LOW PROFILE CLOUD SERIES—exclusively from SIMKAR.

The new Simkar low profile cloud series (SMCLP 232, SMCLP 332 and SMCLP 432) has three fixtures which are only 60% of the depth of the standard cloud. That allows the new cloud to be used in more applications and in a wider variety of buildings than any other cloud on the market. These low profile clouds are available only with electronic ballasts to provide you with the best, most energy efficient light source. And of course, they are Energy Star.

The combination of electronic ballasts, T8 lamps, and the SIMKAR low profile clouds gives light that is closer to sunlight than older fixtures outfitted with magnetic ballasts and T12 lamps. Plus these new low profile clouds maintain their brightness longer than traditional fluorescent fixtures—they operate at up to 90% of their original brightness even when in use for 20,000 hours. In comparison, a the older fixtures only put out 70% of their light at the same point in time.
